1. How much is the shipping? How does the return work?

Shipping within Germany for goods with a value of less than €49 is €4.50 for goods with a value of €49 or more, shipping within Germany is free!

For a return, please always send us an e-mail to and please honestly tell us the reason for the return. We are open to any honest feedback we receive.

After receiving your e-mail, we will send you a return slip to your e-mail address. You can either print this out yourself or have it printed out with the QR-CODE at your post office.

2. Can I also pick up my order on site?

We ask for your understanding that we do not offer pick-up for our entire online offer, but only DHL shipping.

3. Can I have my order sent to a Packstation?

Shipping to a Packstation is possible! Don't forget to include your Packstation customer number and your Packstation number.

Your order is usually ready for dispatch within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). If your order is handed over to DHL, you will automatically receive an email from DHL with your personal tracking number.

6. How can I be sure I placed my order correctly?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. If you have also set up a customer account, you can log in there with your email and view your order.

7. There is no invoice in my package. Were these forgotten?

No, it was not forgotten, in order to minimize unnecessary paper consumption and to protect the environment, we will send you the invoice by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided.


Return & Refund

8. How long do I have to return my order?

Please always contact us first in writing by e-mail in order to make use of your right of withdrawal. You have 30 days after receipt of your order to send the goods back to us. After receiving and checking the goods, we will refund you the purchase amount.

Please note that the products must be returned unused and in the original packaging.

Please ensure there is enough filling material so that the goods reach us without damage.

11. How is the refund made?

For the repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction. As a rule, the processing of a return after receipt of the goods takes 3-5 working days.
