Shipping & Delivery Costs

1. How much does shipping cost? How do returns work?

Shipping within Germany for orders under €49 is €4.50. For orders of €49 or more, shipping within Germany is free!

Returns

Creating a return label is quick and easy, taking just a few clicks. Go to the bottom of the menu bar and click on "Register Return". Enter your four-digit order number and your email address there.

Please also let us know the reason for your return so we can learn from you and improve our products. We are open to all honest feedback we receive.

You will receive your return label by email. You can either print it yourself or have it printed at your post office using the QR code.


2. Can I pick up my order in person?

We ask for your understanding that we do not offer self-collection for our entire online range, but only DHL shipping.


3. Can I have my order sent to a packing station?

Shipping to a packing station is possible! Don't forget to provide your packing station customer number and your packing station number.

4. What can I do if I received a damaged or wrong item?

In this case, please contact us immediately by email with pictures of the damaged or incorrectly delivered item and your order number at: info@rocketcarshop.de

5. Why haven't I received a DHL tracking number yet?

Your order is usually ready for shipping within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). Once your order is handed over to DHL, you will automatically receive an email from DHL with your personal tracking number.

If you do not receive a notification from DHL within 3 business days, please send us an email at info@rocketcarshop.de.

Most common reason:

You entered your email or delivery address incorrectly, and we are therefore unable to reach you by email.

6. How can I be sure that I have placed my order correctly?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email from us. If you have also set up a customer account, you can log in there with your email and view your order.

7. There is no invoice in my package. Was it forgotten?

No, it was not forgotten. To minimize unnecessary paper consumption and protect the environment, we will send you the invoice by email to the email address you provided.

 

Returns & Refunds

8. How long do I have to return my order?

Please always contact us first in writing by email to exercise your right of withdrawal. You have 30 days after receiving your order to return the goods to us. After receiving and checking the goods, we will refund the purchase amount to you.

Please note that products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Please ensure sufficient packing material so that the goods arrive undamaged.

9. Do I have to pay for return shipping myself?

We cover the return for you; return shipping is free.

11. How is the refund processed?

For the refund, we use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction. Typically, processing a return after receipt of the goods takes 3-5 business days.
